Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness and safety of CMNa on sensitizing in radiotherapy for middle-late nasopharyngea1 carcinoma. Methods All 108 cases of patients with middle-late nasopharyngea1 carcinoma were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Patients in experimental group i.v.gtt CMNa with dose of 800mg/m2 at I hour before radiotherapy on the base of conventional radiotheraphy, 3 times in every week. CMNa was used till the end of radiotherapy. In the control group,the patients taken conventional radiotheraphy,and curative effect and adverse reaction were contrasted between experimental group and the control group. Results Complete remission rate and total effective rate of primary lesion,complete remission rate of cervical lymph node metastases had significant difference between experimental group and the control group （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of cervical lymph node metastases was identical between experimental group and the control group （P〉0.05）. Incidence rate of adverse reaction was identical I between experimental group and the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion CMNa could increase sensitivity of radintherapy in middle-late nasopharvngeal carcinoma,and has no effect on adverse reaction. It has a good clinical effect.

Now,diagnosis of neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus （NPSLE） is also clinical challenge. The article is a summary that is about of autoantibodies of NPSLE. It may be help to study the diagnosis and pathogenesis of NPSLE. Because anti-endothelial cell antibodies injure small vessels in the brain,NPSLE can be some of clinical manifestations. Anti-glial fibrillary acidic pro tein antibodies can cause NPSLE by change of glial cell membrane potentials. It may be a pathogenesis of NPSLE that anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antibodies can canes apoptosis of neurons by antigen antibody reaction. Anti-triosephosphate isomerase antibodies associated with neuronal proteins cause neuronal apoptosis,and through activation of complement and maeroghase cause neuronal and axonal degeneration,which may lead to NPSLE. Anti-microtubule-associated protein-2 antibodies may be NPSLE immune markers.

Objective To detect and analyze the susceptility of the extend spectrum β-lactamase which was produced by klebsiella pneumoniae in lower respiratory tract infection. Methods All of 135 strains of Klebsiella Pneumoniae separated from patients of lower respiratory infection were choosed,and its susceptibility and ability of ESBLs-producing were analyzed. Results All 58 ESBLs-producing strains were determinded from 135 strains of Klebsiella Pneumoniae （43.0%）.Except Imipinem,the resistant rates of ESBLs producing strains to 15 antibiotics were much higher than thai of non ESBLs producing strains（P〈0.O1）. Conclusion ESBLs-producing maybe the main reason of the drug resistance of klebsiella pneumoniae,so we can clinicly choose antibiotics as kind of cephamycins, β-1ac tams/β-lactamase inhibitors and earbopenems as empirical treatment.
